After cancelling an order over the phone and following the instructions on their website for a refund, they refuse to give me back my money. I called the bank, I called the restaurant and yet nothing. After searching and searching to what felt like a maze to no end I finally was able to reach a '' live chat '' more like talking to a damn robot, they tell me there was no evidence of me cancelling the order on the day I did and because it had been more than 24h hours ( OBVIOUSLY, AFTER WAITING 14 DAYS LIKE YOU TELL PEOPLE TO ) they can't do anything about the refund and I quote '' we will try and prevent from things like this from happening again '' that's rich.

terrible service i could walk faster so slow estimate delivery time 20-45 minutes came 2 hours later with a ignorant delivery driver who couldn’t speak any language never mind english and stunk of weed.

Decided to order fish and chips from Abbey fisheries in Selby as my son had friends round and was too tired to cook after a long day at work. The food arrived on time and was tasty and hot. The fish was lovely with really crunchy batter and there were loads of chips we couldn't eat them all! We have ordered before from Abbey fisheries and never had a bad meal and the food has always arrived on time. Highly reccomend Abbey Fisheries!

Very bad service from KFC. ordered 4 pieces meal, received two pieces with 2 chicken fillets and 2 hot wings. I only like original chicken, other chicken went in bin. Just Eat would not compensate as alternative chicken delivered. Do not use Just Eat if you want a guarantee of good service.

Received the food hals missing food was freezing cold that was un eatable the chicken looked like it had been sat around for hours so i spoke to just eat and put a request in for a refund where they refused to pay up there customer service is very rude and also have not servers skills when talking to a customer. I would never use this company again they rip you off.

A bunch of jokers, not ever using this service again, robbing you blind by inflating prices and adding charges for employing people for a few pennies an hour. Whoever runs this company should reevaluate there decision making and hiring ability

Order cancelled instantly yet money still taken, order for kfc at 5pm so definitely serving (not closed), no reason given and no live chat, email or customer support available, have the cheek to say sorry but try another vendor, that’s great but you took the last £18 I had no I can’t order again until you refund my money and I have no way of contacting you, also used a voucher which is now void as.. how are your MDs happy with this??

I order something from just eat but cancelled because I would take to long to find out that just eat do a 5 minute cut off point to cancel after you order? I cancelled at 11 minutes so I'm not intiled to a refund and now down money because of there stupid policy I'm fuming ? i could understand if I cancelled when they were on the way to deliver. Never be ordering again!

Two hours later and still waiting for delivery and unable to get in touch with anyone about the order.

I gave a 1 star because I can not give lower but today I did 2 orders and they managed to mess up both the first was sorted but the second was a joke and got a late reply and no refund so since they have changed things at the start of the it is now unusable so I advise to avoid and use other apps where they can and will help you if there are any order problems.

Appalling service! Advised order was delivered but still waiting. Contacted Just Eat who are looking into it….9 hours ago and still no response! Avoid at all costs!

I can not understand this companies purpose or ethics.
Placed an order with a local kebab shop, the food I received was undercooked and the chicken was still pink in the middle. I had already consumed a piece of chicken before I realised and ended up with a bad tummy.
When I contacted just eat to complain and get a refund or a replacement order they told me the situation was too severe so they couldn’t do anything. This makes absolutely no sense, why pay the service fee for just eat if they provide no actual service?
Surely the more severe the incident means they should provide some assistance?

If I could give 0 stars I would! Spent £24.49 on an order waited SO LONG!! It then said delivered however it was never delivered to us!! I understand things happen at times however I have never experienced not being able to contact someone to get a refund! The number I called ended up being a scam and I was charged for it, there is no chat option! I’ve emailed twice no response! I’ve tweeted which I did get a response saying I had to DM them and they’d be happy to help! That was 2 days ago and still nothing!!! I have sent another tweet which has been ignored!! Absolutely disgusting service!!! So we are currently still £25 down plus £6 charge for the call to “fake just eat” and £5 down in petrol to drive to the restaurant who also refused to help us! I will never ever ever use just eat again!! Diabolical

Didn't even pretend to come to my house. Just delivered it to a totally different street.

10/10 for laziness

Customer service is abysmal. No replies, having to go through PayPal for refund.
